实验室主要面向微纳尺度下的能量转换与传递过程,通过开发不同的热物性测量方法对新材料(尤其是低维材料)和界面处的热传导性质及其机理展开研究。欢迎对传热学及能源相关领域研究感兴趣的同学报考并加入实验室,并与岳老师(yyue@whu.edu.cn)联系。实验室具体的研究方向有:

1. 热测量技术的开发及系统研制;
2. 新材料的热物性及其热传导机理;
3. 近场光学热现象及极限尺度热探测;

Our lab is focusing on energy transport and coupling at micro/nanoscale. Specifically, we develop different noval methods to characterize thermal property of materials (including the low-dimensional materials and interfaces) for understanding the fundamentals of heat conduction and phonon transport. The research is mainly focused on:

1. Development of novel thermal characterization methods;

1. Hao's paper about fluorescence spectroscopy-based transient thermal characterization of polymers has been published in Applied Thermal Engineering, congratulations!(May, 2018)

2. Jianshu's paper about microscale characterization of rare gas thermal transport between solid surface and air molecules was accepted for publication in Applied Physics Express. Yanru's paper about temperature effect on the surface enhanced Raman as published in Materials Research Express. Congratulations to both of them! (April, 2018)

3. 实验室文章“Thermal transport across graphene and single layer hexagonal boron nitride”被评为Journal of Applied Physics2016年度阅读量最大的文章。 The paper "Thermal transport across graphene and single layer hexagonal boron nitride" is one of the most read article in Journal of Applied Physics in 2016.
